Details Design Purpose Since the transmission system composed of gear transmission components and reducers is the main content of mechanical design, the dynamic understanding of the reducer transmission system (including couplings) will enable students to understand the characteristics of the reducer. Design has a deeper understanding to improve students' comprehensive design ability. At the same time, in order to hone students' hands-on ability, we design to allow students to assemble the experimental bench by themselves. Mechanical part The experimental bench adopts a desktop structure and the load adopts magnetic powder braking method. The experimental gears include single-stage cylindrical spur gears Helical cylindrical gears Worm gears Bevel gears Inspection gears are replaceable assemblies. There is a transparent window on the top of the reducer to observe the gear meshing and to replace different lubricants. The second detection part Equipped with a data detection box, its panel is a liquid crystal that can display the input and output speed, torque and load force. The experimental bench is equipped with a total of four sensors, a load cell (a grating sensor) and a grating sensor. The data is input and processed through the acquisition system, and the data detection box and the computer adopt serial communication. Controlled by the program The load excitation current increases and decreases to control the load force. The load size can be controlled through the software configured on the computer, thereby realizing remote operation acquisition. Realizing stepless speed regulation of the motor .
